I am a lifetime resident of Shelby, NC. I attended Shelby High School and then in 1988 Graduated from North Carolina State University
in 1988 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. I founded TEDDY Bail Bonds in 1990 and CashMasters in 1994. I work alongside my partner, Cynthia C. Sarratt, a bondsman with over 20 years in the bail business as well.
